We have a 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If unable to make it under 24 hours before the deposit will be non-refundable and full amount will be required up on the next booking.
For all bookings we offer a 15 minute grace period as we know things happen, however this comes with an addition fee of 10 being added to the treatment total for being late, after 15 minutes the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be non-refundable.
